Job Description
JC Recruitment – Japan Desk is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries, assist in processing purchase orders, and maintain accurate records. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and monitor inventory levels is essential.
Qualifications: College degree, manufacturing experience (1 year preferred), and Excel proficiency. Strong communication skills are required.
