Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to resolve concerns.
- Resolve customer issues during the first call/contact without transferring.
- Match customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to address objections and achieve customer buy-in.
- Share information and insights with internal and external clients.
