Job Description
TÜV SÜD is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all customer-related topics and order activities. Your tasks will include managing the customer database, preparing sales quotations, and providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding test schedules and samples.
Additionally, you will offer administrative support by maintaining sales documentation for audit compliance, creating new customer accounts, and managing debtors’ listings. Your contributions will also involve consolidating sales reports, preparing meeting minutes, and assisting in the development of marketing materials.
