Job Description
Providing after-sales services and technical support to customers. He/she is responsible for answering customers’ questions and resolving their problems professionally and efficiently. Monitor the quality of the products and services offered.
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, business administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience managing an automotive service department or related operation
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of automotive service management software
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
