Job Title: Full-Time Social Media Management (SMM)

We are a rapidly growing company with a team of over 35 employees, and we are seeking a creative, organized, and skilled Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for engaging audiences, growing brand presence, and managing social platforms with a strategic mindset, we’d love to hear from you

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

2. Strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and social media analytics

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

6. Availability to work full-time hours (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday PST)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement

2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience

3. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and growth

4. Collaborate with the creative team to produce content such as videos, graphics, and blog posts

5. Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions

6. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices

7. Manage multiple social media campaigns and update our project management software daily
