Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- With Experience at least 1 year of experience in Insurance and Bonds (Insurance
- application/Claim processing).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel and as well as with Google
- Workspace.
- Good Organizational Skills and keen to details.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good at collaborating and working well in a team.
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with less supervision to work independently.
- Can work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines and willing to render overtime.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepares all necessary documents for all bonds/insurance requirements.
- Responsible for filing all bonds/insurance-related concerns.
- Endorsement/request Bonds and Insurance to all accredited insurance providers.
- Coordination with external partners (Insurance Vendor/Insurance Brokers/Agents).
- Payment application in the company’s internal payment system (SAP/OA).
- Coordination with other departments concerning Project details and data.
- Monitoring and updating of all Trackers as deemed needed.
- Provide support and assistance to the team as needed.
- Responsible for filing all bonds/insurance-related concerns.

- Coordination with external partners (Insurance Vendor/Insurance Brokers/Agents).
