Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any HR related course
- At least one year relevant experience in Human Resource Development
- Proficient in the administration of HR policies and programs
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws and standards and in the application of implementing Rules and Regulations
- Articulate, good in correspondence and excellent in oral and written communication
- Works with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and efficient in documentation and records keeping
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement HR policies, programs, and procedures
- Process recruitment, hiring, selection, and placement of job applicants
- Conduct interview, evaluation, and background check of applicants
- Conduct orientations, trainings, and other company activities related to personnel development and improvement
- Assist in the administration of employee safety and health policies and programs
- Assist in the administration of company policies, rules, and regulations
- Assist in the field of employee relations: guidance and counseling, handling complaints and grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintaining employee morale
- Assist in the implementation of employee welfare programs and benefits
Job Type: Full-time
