Job Description:
- Conduct pre-shift planning and team briefing.
- Lead the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Implement standard procedures including Quality Management and cash control.
- Conduct quality audits and address deviations.
- Manage team members in accordance with company policies.
A little bit about you:
- At least 2 years experience as a Shift Head or supervisor.
- Knowledgeable in F&B Processes.
- Computer literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
