Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage recruitment, employee entry, movements, and exit formalities. You will support HR-related systems and implement processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and employee benefits administration.
- Monitor employee leave credits.
- Prepare monthly reports for government loans.
- Respond to inquiries regarding employee benefits.
- Assist in overall HR functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
