Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Streaming Content Coordinator to join our team at SapientBPO in Makati. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues to ensure their satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries.
- Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- Good Communication Skills.
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted).
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month.
