Job Description
Join our team at IT By Design! We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional customer support by managing inbound calls 24/7 and efficiently handling support requests.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for support requests.
- Update customer information in Connectwise Manage.
- Monitor call queues for timely incident resolution.
- Organize daily tickets for the Managed Services Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work onsite during night shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
