Job Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: The Duty Manager oversees Front Office shifts, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.
REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business; 5+ years of hotel experience; strong leadership.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
