Job Description
JJK Realty & Commercial Corp. is seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to oversee all facets of hotel operations, including cleaning, human resources, food service, amenities, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all departmental aspects.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments.
- Ensure high-quality guest service.
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance.
- Conduct random inspections.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Lead and train staff.
