Job Description
Caldwell Communications is on the lookout for dynamic candidates to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, resolving their concerns efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to obtain customer buy-in.
