Job Description

Position Overview:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls for ticket inquiries and bookings.
- Assisting customers on the online ticketing platform.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Protecting sensitive customer information.
