Job Description
GECO Philippines Inc. is seeking a Retail Account Call Center Agent to provide frontline support to our retail brand customers. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, assist with service requests, and ensure a seamless shopping experience, whether online or in-store. Tasks include handling product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and general account assistance.
Note:
- No BPO experience required
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
