Job Description
Orbit Jobs Pro is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Reservation Agents.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Understand company products and procedures to effectively address inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while managing customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Amenable for Face-to-Face Interview and working onsite.
- Filipino Citizen or holds relevant residence status.
- 18 years old and above, at least High School Graduate.
- Conversant in Basic English with strong active listening skills.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php24,892.00 per month
