Position: Admin Purchasing Staff
BROAD SCOPE: As the key person in charge of purchasing monthly supplies and materials needed by the support and operations team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect requisitions from all sections.
- Gather quotations from various vendors.
- Maintain vendor relationships and establish new ones.
- Manage internal approvals for purchases.
- Oversee inventory to ensure supplies are always available.
- Lead distribution of office and warehouse supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Taguig City (Relocation required before starting work)
