Job Description
Join Shore360 as a Call Center Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for calling customers to arrange annual tests for client products, negotiating suitable appointment times for technicians, and maximizing their schedules. Your ability to build rapport with real estate agents will be key to success.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of BPO customer service experience, possess tech-savvy skills, and demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities. We offer a full-time position with a salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php22,00.00 per month, alongside benefits like health and life insurance, and a fun, growth-oriented environment.
