Job Description

As a Back Office Associate, you will resolve customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, contribute to a positive team environment, and perform basic troubleshooting. We welcome high school graduates and college undergraduates, and previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Work schedules include flexible 8-hour shifts, with day and night options available. Supplemental pay includes a 13th month salary and performance bonuses.
