Job Description
Gbrothers Foods, Inc. (Pancake House) – Robinsons is seeking a dedicated Management Trainee to assist our managers in daily operations and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include:
- Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g., implementing new policies).
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
- Provide administrative support (e.g., data entry).
- Familiarize with personnel duties.
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
Job Qualifications: Applicants must hold a degree in HRM, HM, or related fields and possess relevant work experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting at Php18,00.00/month
