Job Description
The Medical Records Staff at Medical Center Imus is responsible for managing and maintaining patient records while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Key duties include encoding medical records, preparing CF4 and CF3 forms for PhilHealth claims, and coordinating with billing and medical teams to address discrepancies. The role involves auditing records, tracking claims status, and assisting patients with their record requests.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or related fields, valid Medical Coding Certification, and 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
