Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Assist the Operations Team Leader in efficiently executing tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support CSR & Sales Department with smooth shipment transactions.
- Provide assistance in domestic transactions, including Inbound and Outbound.
- Help cargo operations with proper loading, unloading, and organization of goods during shipments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Freight/Forwarding operations.
- Knowledgeable in Import/Export procedures and documentation.
- Must possess a driver’s license with Restrictions Code 12.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
