Job Description
Monde M.Y. San Corporation is seeking a qualified HR Fringe and Benefits Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in BS Psychology or a related field. You will be responsible for updating, disseminating, processing, and issuing all employee benefits, as well as ensuring compliance with government agencies regarding workers’ benefits.
Key qualifications include knowledge of labor law and experience with payroll software and human resources for at least one year each. This is a full-time position with a shift system. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Calamba City, Laguna.
