Job Description

Support Services Group is seeking a customer service-oriented Helpdesk Associate to deliver efficient technical support to our users. You will be the front line of our company, resolving basic technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-level contact and solutions for customer issues.
  • Escalating unresolved queries to advanced support.
  • Tracking problems and generating activity reports.
  • Walking customers through problem-solving processes.

Requirements: Proven help desk experience, proficiency in English, and a BS degree in IT or Computer Science.

Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php26,00.00/month.
