Job Description
We are seeking Web Development Technologists with a high level of English proficiency to join our team at The Support Heroes in the Philippines. If you are a proactive and committed individual who enjoys helping others, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
As a member of our Tier 2 support team, you will provide second-level technical support for Shopify App developers. This is a full-time freelance position offering flexibility in hours, with a pay range of Php67,00.00 – Php72,00.00 per month.
Requirements: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; strong communication skills; and English proficiency (B2-C1). Experience in customer support or Shopify knowledge is a plus.
