Job Description
About the Role:
SnappyCX is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Credit Dispute Resolution Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of US credit laws, specifically the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Proficiency in handling credit disputes and working with large data sets in Excel is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage credit disputes in accordance with US credit laws.
- Review and rectify errors in credit reports.
- Initiate and track disputes with credit bureaus.
- Maintain documentation of all dispute activities and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of US credit laws.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
