Job Description
Orbit Career Job Hirings PH is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs while providing accurate solutions.
- Understand company products and policies to effectively address inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based).
- Filipino Citizen or have relevant residence status.
- At least 18 years old and a high school diploma.
- Conversant in English with strong active listening skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php17,987.00 – Php26,912.00 per month
