Job Description
Infinitech Advertising Corporation is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain websites and web applications.
- Manage communications and coordinate meetings.
- Support HR with recruitment and onboarding.
- Organize company events and maintain office supplies.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company car, promotion opportunities, paid training, and more.
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
