Job Description
Multiflex RNC Philippines, Inc. (URATEX)
Km. 23 East Service Road, South Superhighway, Cupang, Muntinlupa City
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages timelines and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure every step of the product development process proceeds as planned resulting in on-time and successful product launch
- Collaborates with Technical and Production teams to create product concepts/designs, prototypes and execute pilot, pre-production and actual mass production
- Ensures quality controls are embedded in the development of new products thru APQP
- Troubleshoots and makes adjustments to product plans when problems arise
- Presents product innovations and new ideas/opportunities;
- Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve/renovate products throughout the product life cycle
- Collaborates with Brand Marketing for Product Strategy and results of conducted product research
- Manages project budgets and prepares financial analysis reports if needed
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years experience; Senior product development experience
- Resourceful, Multi-tasker
- Good in project management
- Above average technical knowledge and skills
- Great collaborator; and Results oriented.
