Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we seek to hire a Kitchen Manager to join our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Provides direction to kitchen staff, ensuring execution of all employee duties
• Monitors kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and fire department regulations
• Ensures compliance in food handling requirements and standards
• Assists in the implementation and management of kitchen policies and procedures throughout scheduled shift
• Completes the duties of a kitchen staff when needed, and is capable of performing the duties of all kitchen positions
• Monitors inventory levels and performs weekly inventory assessments
• Anticipates, identifies, and corrects any issues with inventory, systems, and staffing
• Ensures the kitchen is clean and organized
• Maintains weekly and monthly cost reports

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule

*This is going to be an on-site work. Our offices are located in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php10,00.00 per month
