Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues as per Client standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with effective one-call resolutions.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience required.
- Must be at least a High School or ALS Graduate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
