Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manage staff efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality and performance.
You will be responsible for coordinating activities on the floor, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
