Job Description

Chateau Bleu Hotels and Resorts Inc. is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will manage daily resort operations, supervise and train staff, optimize processes for guest satisfaction, and oversee budgeting.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in financial management and analytical decision-making
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
