Job Description
RCVRY Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will handle incoming calls and emails from pet insurance members, answer queries regarding policy coverage, assist with claims, and maintain accurate records of member interactions. You will collaborate with various departments to provide excellent service and ensure member satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Location: Davao City (Preferred)
Qualifications: Senior High School (Preferred), 1 year experience in Customer Service (Preferred), English proficient.
