Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outlet Manager for our prestigious Swissotel Clark Philippines. This position is responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional food and beverage service standards for our valued guests.
The Outlet Manager will plan, organize, and oversee the overall operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet, while being accountable for profitability and revenue generation.
Your qualifications should include:
- Previous 5-star hotel experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain service excellence under pressure
- Experience in Asian dining
