Job Description
- Must be a BS in Customs Administration graduate; Licensed Customs Broker is a plus.
- Assists in monitoring and coordinating all import and domestic freight forwarding transactions.
- Assists in coordinating with customs brokers and couriers and monitor closely all incoming shipments from arrival up to releasing and delivery.
- Responsible for checking billings of customs brokers and couriers and study importation and domestic freight forwarding rates.
- Coordinate with Purchasing Department for materials delivery, pick up and pull out at Site.
- Responsible in dealing with licenses, permits and other important documents needed upon Customs Clearance Processing.
- Checking of all incoming items restrictions.
- Must have experienced in DTI-BPS, DENR-EMB and other Government Regulating Agency’s processing.
- Responsible for the overall fulfillment cycle of the deliveries including arranging the transportation, scheduling & orchestrating the deliveries.
- Responsible for monitoring, checking, and facilitating the deliveries from the origin point to the other destination.
- Responsible for preparing DR and compilation of Accomplished DRs.
- Responsible for client’s interface for updates or such.
