Job Description
In.Corp Corporate Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Leads Management Junior Associate to join our Service Delivery Group. This role involves managing inquiries from various channels, recording information, and coordinating with relevant teams. You will provide accurate service information, track leads, and ensure data integrity.
Requirements: College graduate, fresh graduate or 2-3 years of experience in customer service or business development, strong English communication skills, team player, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office. Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
