Job Description
Amalgamated Specialties Corporation is seeking a dedicated Credit & Collections Associate. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related fields with at least 1 year of experience in Accounting, Credit, and Collections.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Responsibilities include clearing weekly payments, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, monitoring receipts, and documenting collections activities. Adhering to policies and resolving issues related to accounts receivable are essential.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, including holidays and overtime opportunities.
