Job Description
KSearch Asia Consulting is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Terminal Operations Head for our client, the leading infrastructure development company in the Philippines.
As the Terminal Operations Head, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth passenger experience at the airport terminal. Your duties will include maintaining service quality, managing a dedicated team, building relationships with airlines and government agencies, and proposing improvements to operational methods.
Ideal candidates must be willing to be assigned in Laguindingan and have prior customer service experience.
