Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our SM Ecoland location. Ideal candidates should have a four-year business degree and at least 2 years of managerial experience in the food industry. Strong leadership, decision-making skills, and a good understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) reports are essential.
This full-time position offers an 8-hour day shift with benefits including employee discounts, paid training, and additional compensation such as a 13th-month salary and performance bonuses.
Key requirements: strong communication skills and previous store management experience.
