Job Description
Manna Kimchi is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare job descriptions, manage the employment process, and provide orientation and training for new and existing employees. Responsibilities include monitoring employee performance, ensuring a positive work environment, and overseeing health and safety standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, 1-2 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with government filings is an advantage.
We offer full-time employment with benefits such as staff meals and a 13th-month salary.
