Job Description
The Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations. The ideal candidate will manage teller services, vault/ATM operations, account openings, and transactions in line with our policies.
The Branch Manager will drive client engagement, ensuring exemplary customer service while identifying growth opportunities through cross-selling and account consolidation.
Qualifications include a degree in a business-related field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to be assigned at PBCOM M. De Santos, preferably residing nearby.
