Job Description
Siccion Marketing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will create a positive work environment, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide guidance and training to new employees.
Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and promoting a positive company culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management, at least 2 years of supervisory HR experience, and strong communication skills.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of Php24,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month, along with a 13th month salary.
