Job Description
We are currently seeking an Email Chat Support representative to join our team. As an Email Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through email correspondence.
Your main duties include responding to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to multi-task and handle a high volume of emails effectively. Previous customer service experience and familiarity with email management tools are preferred.
