Job Description
Systemantech is seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Support professional. The role involves providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting software applications, diagnosing hardware issues, assisting users with new setups, and collaborating with the IT Asset team for hardware selection.
Candidates should have a college degree in IT or a related Engineering field, alongside knowledge of operating systems and software applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to Php16,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
