Job Description
The Rural Bank of Sasmuan (Pampanga), Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources and have 1-2 years of experience as an HR generalist. Strong leadership, communication, and industrial skills are essential.
Responsibilities include managing payroll and recruitment processes, overseeing training and development, handling government contributions, and performing administrative tasks. This full-time position offers a 13th-month salary and performance bonuses.
