Job Description
Zenshin Systems Corporation is looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk professional to join our team. The successful candidate will create and monitor service requests until resolved, prepare summary reports, and analyze issues based on concerns. A proactive approach and the ability to escalate tickets is essential.
Preferred qualifications: previous hospital IT experience, basic knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, Power BI, security software, and network connections.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php19,00.00/month | Schedule: 10-hour shift
