Job Description
Lemon na Bai Inc. is seeking dedicated Accounting Staff to support our accounting officer. This position involves processing transactions, verifying documents, and performing related duties.
Work Activities:
– Review store operations reports
– Monitor journal and sales invoices
– Prepare documentation for sales invoices
– Ensure necessary documents are notarized
– File store operations reports
– Update sales and deposits
– Handle other job-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– Reside in or near Santa Rosa, Laguna
– Graduate of Accounting or related course
– Preferably a fresh graduate
– Knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
– Excellent communication and computer skills (especially MS Excel)
