Job Description
DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Accounting, or any related fields. A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role is required.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional skills in profit management, sales building, and team leadership. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding customer service abilities, are essential.
Job Type: Full-time. Benefits include employee discounts, health insurance, and paid training. Supplemental pay includes a 13th-month salary, overtime pay, and yearly bonuses.
